For Sale: The units are available for sale on a 99 year lease at a fixed ground rent of £250.00 per annum plus vat and service charge. Prices start from £100,000 plus vat.

Leasehold: Negotiable term leases may be
available, subject to occupier’s covenant strength, on competitive rentals, plus vat,
